Malaysia Airlines entrusts MTU Maintenance with the MRO of its CFM56-7B, more than 100 engines, to over a period of ten years.
This is the largest CFM56-7B MRO contract signed by MTU Maintenance to date. Malaysia Airlines has chosen MTU Maintenance to carry out the MRO of more than 100 CFM56-7B over a period of ten years. MTU Maintenance Zhuhai will be carrying out these MRO services. The contract covers Malaysia Airlines’ CFM56-7B engine fleet until phase-out, includes lease engines and incorporates the PERFORMPlus solution for newer engines.
