Collins Aerospace about to expand its Goodrich De-icer service center's network in the U.S.

Duncan Aviation and Collins Aerospace Systems have signed an agreement for 12 new U.S. locations for quality de-icer installations.

Collins Aerospace Systems, a unit of United Technologies Corporation and Duncan Aviation — a U.S. company specialized in MRO services — have signed an agreement to expand Goodrich De-icer Authorized Installation Service Center network in the United States. The contract stipulates aircraft owners and operators will now have access to 12 additional locations among the 39 owned by Duncan Aviation.

Tony DiGiacomo, Aftermarket Business Development Manager for Collins Aerospace said: “Following Rockwell Collins’ integration with UTC Aerospace Systems late last year, Collins Aerospace can now utilize Duncan’s existing channels and relationships to bring even more products to owners and operators in the U.S. faster and more cost-effectively.”

Among other things, Duncan Aviation provides business aircraft operators maintenance, repairs and overhauls and parts support for Bombardier, Dassault, Textron, Gulfstream and Embraer manufactured aircraft.
