Over $100bn in aircraft orders at Dubai 2017

As this year's edition of the Dubai Airshow draws to a close, cumulated orders and commitments for civil aircraft have soared well past the $100bn mark.

Cumulated orders and commitments for civil aircraft announced at Dubai Airshow 2017 have soared well past the $100bn mark — helped largely by bumper orders for the Airbus A320neo and Boeing 737 MAX. The much-anticipated Emirates order for additional A380s failed to materialize, though this was more than compensated by the Indigo Partners mega-deal for 430 aircraft from the A320neo Family.

Air & Cosmos has compiled the following list of contracts, commitments and MoUs, only some of which represent firm orders at this stage. Values have been calculated based on list prices and do not take account of the substantial discounts applied to large orders.
