Ethiopian Airlines launches a flight Marseille - Addis Abeba

Marseille is the second destination serviced by Ethiopian Airlines in France and the twentieth in Europe.

Ethiopian Airlines’ maiden flight between Addis Abeba and Marseille occurred on July 2nd. The main African airline will offer a thrice weekly servicing in both directions. Either in a Boeing 787-8 containing 270 seats (246 in economy class and 24 in business class) or in a Boeing 787-9 containing 315 seats (280 seats in economy class and 30 seats in business class).

Ethiopian Airlines, which is represented in France by the APG (Air Promotion Group) company, operates flights from Marseille on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at 9:15 p.m. and lands at Addis Abeba the next day at 6:15 a.m. (local time), with a stopover at Milan Malpensa (as well as during the return flight). The Horn of Africa company already offers a daily service toward Paris CDG in Boeing 777-200ER.
